As a precautionary measure addressing the expected reduced accessibility to participants during the summer holidays, an adaptation of the usual flow of data collection and analysis is envisaged, by applying an intensive routine where possible, as follows:

  1. Interviews will be transcribed and coded within 24 hours;
  2. Analysis of the data and synthesis with a quantity of relevant refined categories in preparation for the stage of theoretical sampling will be done by online referencing and recording on memos within 48 hours (desirable) from the original interview;
  3. The objective for this effort is to be ready for follow-up focused interviews at any time they are deemed agreeable to participants, especially prior to the holidays.

A routine is desired, whereby all collected data during each week will be typed into memos and prepared for thorough analysis by the end of the same weekend. Continual literature review, will be combined with initial coding of the collected data, ensuring a parallel flow of theoretical categories, refined data and diagrams for iterative analysis.
