Obesity ~ To Eat Or Not To Eat?

There are too many kinds of spread diseases and obesity is one of biggest problems in the world. So, some people have obese and they do not care about it and they do not try to prevent themselves from dangerous disease. Also they do not imagine how it effects their life. In follows that, obese people have fat bodies because their bodies have a lot of calories and oils.

So, their bodies are unhealthy and this is not useful for them. The reason why they cannot move and they die earlier. In addition, they will have a lot of diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cholesterol. Obesity nowadays is spreading between children a lot in many countries like k.S.A, U.S AND Kuwait. So, everyone should think about this disease and try to prevent anyone knows

How people can prevent themselves from this disease? They should be less addicted to fast foods because fast foods have a lot of calories and oils and do not have beneficial at all. So, try to change fast foods to home made because it is healthier than many kinds of foods.

That does not mean that you should stop from eating these foods, you can eat but less sich us time in two weeks. And you have to do it for two month and it will be easier for you.

Then, try drink a lot of water because it makes you healthier and everything bad in your body will go out. Also try to read about fast foods because if you do this when you want to eat fast foods you will remember its damages and you will stop eat from these bad foods. In addition, try to do some activities in your daily routine like walking or any sport you like because it is too useful for you and you will have more energy.

 Lastly, only think and try to do these tips and you will prevent yourself from this serious disease.

Lately we started some exercises: likes/dislikes, frequency adverbs (twice), verb tenses, etc.

Learn how to build a website, by using the SBI! system - start from the basics, developing a site concept and a niche, supply and demand, learn about profitability and monetization, payment processing, register domain, website structure and content as a pyramid. Also learn about the tools I'm using to build this website. We also covered how to build traffic, working with search engines, building a good system of inbound links, using social marketing and blogs with the SBI system, how to use Socialize It and Form Build It, how to publish an e-zine and how to build a social network in your niche

Our Weekly Game

We looked at a few games by now: Countable & uncountable nouns, Free Rice, Name That Thing, Spell It, Spelloween, the Phrasal Verbs Game, Preposition Desert, The Sentence Game, Word Confusion, Word Wangling, Buzzing Bees, and The Verb Viper Game.
